1 . The dashboard:  contains all information about requests (recruitment - rental - transfer) and the status and stage of each request so that you can make the appropriate decision. It also contains the number of workers available for rental and transfer and their locations, and information about open, under-processed and closed complaints.

2. Managing Applications: Here you can manage all submitted requests of all types (recruitment, rental, transfer). You can follow up on the status of requests from start to finish, ensuring that they meet all requirements.

3. Contracts Management: Every request that requires the creation of a contract prompts the system to automatically prepare the contract along with the information of the contractors, the required service, prices, and terms and conditions, which facilitates the contract management process.

4. External Applications:

Applications submitted externally go through various stages before reaching the office responsible for processing.

5. Information on Recruitment: This section covers all information related to recruitment processes, including uploading resumes, worker information (worker profiles), skills, and occupations.

6. Housing Management: 

This section contains information regarding available housing options for workers and their conditions. It provides data on current listings and the status of each location, whether available or not.

7.  Flexibility in tracking requests: The system is interconnected, allowing for the tracking of all requests generated from the main request, which helps in quickly accessing information.

8. Receiving and delivery requests: In every recruitment, leasing, or transfer request that involves delivery or receipt, receiving and delivery orders are generated for the driver and the client, along with a verification code for receipt and delivery.

9. Integration with the Accounting System: Every recruitment, leasing, transfer, or return request generates automatic invoicing that is displayed directly in the accounting system, facilitating accounting work and ensuring accuracy, as all related information is linked to the requests.

10. Electronic archiving of documents: The system allows you to archive all important documents, such as pictures of workers, passport images, residency permits, travel tickets, and other related documents.

11. Price Lists: Through the settings, you can add price lists for each country individually for all services, whether recruitment, transfer, leasing, or any fees, or other services such as insurance costs, travel expenses, and more.

12. Claims: This section allows for the management of complaints submitted by clients or relevant parties, tracking the status of each complaint and taking appropriate actions to resolve them.

13. Settings: In this section, you can configure the system settings for operational needs and requests, and manage permissions according to the requirements of operations and requests, allowing you to distribute permissions among the team based on responsibilities.

14. Permissions: Those in charge have specific and professionally designated permissions that ensure smooth and efficient operations, saving time and effort. These permissions are tailored to avoid any overlap, resulting in the optimal completion of work and processes.
